I made this around a week after I bought my Enchanted DVD, simply because I was disappointed with how similar the cover looked like, to the original theatric poster. Inspired by the VHS release of Snow White (with the Queen hanging over the logo), I've created this.

I used the pictures that I found on Google (a plate and a "Thank You" card) to make a decently-new picture of the charming Amy Adams as Giselle, a behind-the-scenes picture of James Marsden as Edward, the original picture of Patrick Dempsey as Robert, and colored a picture from one of those mock-up posters for Susan Sarandon as Queen Narissa. I hope you all like it!

(although this is my first "Deviation", I have been designing graphics for about 5 years. I'm hoping to get some new work on here every once in a while, and hopefully even more Disney stuff. :))

Wow, that's very professional looking. Had I not seen the original cover I would have totally thought this was the official one. :O As for the idea, I definitely think this has a lot more hip attitude to it compared with the official one. The point of the official one I believe was supposed to be a direct parallel to that of the traditional Disney princess DVD (I remember that Narissa was placed in the same way that the Snow White Queen was on one of its covers). I have to say that this flatters Narissa less than the official (not that it's easy to flatter the way she looks in live action anyway XP ) I like the subtle switch in the background from the castle and the city behind the opposite person, although I did like the original cover's more visible city background (more representative, since it only takes place there basically).

But this is just me blabbing on and on. My original assessment still stands: very professionally done and visually balanced and appealing. Great job!!

I prefer the picture of Amy much more on this cover then the actual one. It's more fun and shows a lot more personality then the generic princess pose on the real cover.
